Q: When will you begin Ticket sales and how much will they be this year?
A: Tickets will go on sale in Mid November. Order forms will be
included in the parish bulletin, School Friday Folders, and
online at this website. Tickets will be $50 per person and
include $100 in chips along with a full served buffet meal, beer
and wine, dessert and coffee.
Q: Will there be a early bird ticket offer?
A: Yes, if you purchase your tickets prior to January, 15th you
will start the evening with $200 in chips.
Q: Why do you have to be over 21 to enter the event when you are not playing with cash?
A: The event is fully licensed as a gambling event even though
we are playing for prizes and the chips have no cash value.
State law requires that all paid dealers are licensed and all
attendees are over 21. We also serve Beer and Wine during the
event
Q: Can I bid on a silent auction item without buying a ticket?
A: No, the silent auction and live auction is only for the
attendees of the event and volunteers working the event only. If
you don't want to attend the event you can offer to work the
event for school points and the opportunity to bid in the silent
or live auction.
